LISTENWIFI ASSISTIVE LISTENING APP

Jubilee! now offers a free listening app called ListenWIFI for folks who use assistive hearing devices with their smartphones. Here is how to use the app when you attend Sunday Celebrations in person:

• From either the Play Store on your Android phone or the Apple Store on your iPhone, search for and install the app called “ListenWiFi” by Listen Technologies.
• It’s best to do this before coming to Jubilee!, but you can still download it onsite on Sundays by going to the list of Wi-Fi connections on your phone and clicking on the one named “Listen Jubilee!” with the password “Jubilee!” (remember to capitalize the J and use the exclamation point).
• When you first open the app, it will ask you to allow it to make and manage your phone connections. Please choose "allow."
• A screen will come up with a rectangular dialog box with the words “Listen! Jubilee” and an earphone icon...and all you have to do is click the earphone (or click play) to enjoy the clear listening experience through your earbuds or hearing device.

Note:  if your phone and assistive hearing device are connected via Bluetooth, you will experience a very short delay of 0.03-0.05 seconds. If you use a wired earbud connection, you will hear everything in real time.
