This will be an introduction to Mindfulness, in a series of 4 classes. Each class will be 60 minutes and will include:
- short periods of sitting meditation
- light movement
- a brief talk for that week’s concepts
- time for questions
Together we will create a safe and sacred space to hold us all in this journey. We will create a space that is warm and inclusive, nurturing and fun. This class is open and welcome to all – every race, body, gender, identity, religion, cultural background, and experience level. You are welcome as you are.
The suggested donation for these classes is $70 for the 4 weeks. Pay what you can…no one turned away for lack of funds. Please commit to all 4 sessions, as each class builds from the previous.
