Captured by Wonder – Contemplating the Images of the James Webb Space Telescope

Join us on Zoom for an encounter with the wonder and beauty of the universe as seen through the eyes of the James Webb Telescope and an exploration of the Creation Spirituality principles they represent. Astronomer and Jubilant Stephan Martin will show us the latest images from this telescope as we reflect on the sacred cosmos and our place in it.

Steve is an astronomer, educator, and author who has taught astronomy, physics, and consciousness studies at colleges, universities, and learning centers across the US for over thirty years. Early in his career he worked for the Hubble Space Telescope where he saw similar amazing images of the universe every day. He is currently Director of the Deeptime Leadership Program at the Deeptime Network and offers astronomy, cosmology and stargazing programs both internationally and locally.
